Eating Disorders
Eating Disorders

Eating disorders look different for everyone and require an individualized approach. I can offer support with restriction, purging, over-exercising, binging, and body image distress. I have experience working with various diagnoses including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder.

I have partnered with the lovely dietician, Erin Taylor, MS, RD to offer dual nutrition and therapeutic counseling. Our mission is to provide outpatient clients with a holistic approach to healing. This means we would work as a team to support clients in both the therapeutic and nutritional side of the eating disorder. For more information contact me at hannahalexander@hannahalexandercounseling.com.
